I am looking for a Quiet, trustworthy, responsible (employed and/or full-time student) roommate to rent this room (10ftx10ft) in an older character house which is located centrally with shared access to the kitchen, bathroom, washer/dryer, backyard, etc. All utilities included, with high-speed internet and security camera's. Centrally located with easy access to buses (30 sec walk to #1 Dieppe/Broad St. North on Dewdney Avenue), shopping, restaurants, downtown, warehouse district, etc. I look forward to hearing from the right person who I can get along with, who is friendly and someone who cleans up after themselves. I am a mid-fifties working man and my other roommate is a male and works as well, I also have a cat named Frank. I will be doing interviews and will be picking the right person that fits into my household the best. $200 DD. Available Feb 1, 2024
