This 2014 Forest River Surveyor Sport Model SP220 RBS, RV is ready for family camping. This unit was purchased new in 2015, then because of medical issues (Bad Hip), the owner and his wife were never able to use it. It sat in their yard until 2019 when we purchased it. We are senior citizens ourselves and the lack of wear and tear will be evident when you see it. The RV cabin itself is 20’ 9” long and in length is 24’ 10” including the hitch. This tandem axel unit is a very stable unit and is easy to tow. You will soon learn to appreciate the electric awning which features full LED lighting, the electric slide out and the electric hitch lift. Indoors: This RV features a separate queen-sized bedroom at the front with pocket doors for privacy. The bedroom has electrical plug in’s on both sides of the bed, a cable connection and ceiling plug in for a TV, closets on each side of the bed and ceiling storage cabinetry above the bed. Plenty of extra storage under the bed. The Livingroom/Kitchen is loaded with features including: a curved chesterfield with a table in front. The table can stay up or be lowered as a coffee table. Loads of storage under and behind the chesterfield as well as ceiling cabinetry above the windows. Next to it, is a spacious pantry area. The Kitchen, enjoys a double sink, stove with oven (has never been used) microwave oven and fridge. The entertainment center, boasts a TV, Radio, a DVD/CD player, and lower cabinet storage. There is an exterior antenna for the TV. The bathroom is unusually spacious, with a tub/shower unit including a sky-lite, sink and cabinet, a large double wardrobe with room for extra coats and linen shelving as well as storage drawers. The bathroom also houses the main control panel for water and waste water levels as well as the water heater main switch. There are two carbon monoxide detectors in the cabin. This unit has a furnace with floor ducting and a central air conditioning with ceiling ducts into each room. Outside: The exterior of this unit is loaded with features. Some of those include: - Fiberglass siding - Aluminum wheels - Drop down storage rack on the back. Lots of room for bikes, coolers etc. - Ladder to roof - Showerhead for washing off the kids feet - Full cover under whole trailer to keep out rodents and protect the undercarriage. - Porch Light. - Outdoor speakers - Outdoor “easy mount” for television. The only reason we are selling is we are on a list for a Seasonal Site, and have purchased a larger unit to accommodate more needs when we get there.
